What you will need:
Xacto knife, saw, sharpie marker
Apache jets/50 tons thermal weapons
A Near-Eastern nation
*(preferably with limited defenses)
Directions:
- 1. Use missiles to warm your target to just over 1000 degrees Kelvin

- 5. Drop into New York Harbor
- 6. Gently push your new land against Battery
& open for development
